Credit Opportunities Fund
The HC UCITS – Credit Opportunities is a long / short European focused corporate credit strategy. It is actively managed without reference to a benchmark index. The managers aim to produce consistent positive returns with low volatility in all market environments, regardless of interest rate direction or market conditions. Returns stem mostly from capital appreciation and, to a lesser degree, income.
To achieve its goals the Fund applies long, short and paired trading strategies to a concentrated portfolio of leveraged European-centric companies. It invests across the ratings spectrum and employs hedges to dampen volatility.
The Fund predominantly focuses on higher yielding corporate bonds but it has the flexibility to invest throughout a company’s capital structure via a range of investment instruments. The Fund also buys obligations of European countries and their public authorities to modulate its risk exposure. There is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its investment objective.

The Horizon Capital Fund – European Real Estate Debt Fund is a Luxembourg SICAV-RAIF open-ended fund which aims to achieve an absolute return performance in EUR of 8-10% p.a. by investing in Real Estate Finance loans secured by mortgages on physical Real Estate assets amongst other securities.
Strategic approach is taken starting from property acquisitions to added-value investments financing with LTV/LTCs of mostly around 85% for Mezzanine Transactions and 60%-70% LTV for Senior Transactions.
The Fund provides loans to clients with proven and strong track records, with loan term between 6 and 18 months with possible extensions. Robust security for each deal is ensured by the network of reputable international law firms advising Horizon Capital AG.
